Mr. Yashovardhan Sinha is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director at Aditya Vision Limited. He has had more than a wealth of experience in trading and retail, Prior to starting these companies, he was Senior Manager with Punjab National Bank where he served for over 20 years. He is also an Associate Member at Indian Institute of Banking & Finance. His vision to make consumer electronics affordable and available even in the remotest corners of the Hindi Heartland of India have led him to his success in the consumer electronic sphere. Within the company, Mr. Sinha is also responsible for the overall growth and advancement of the venture and plays an integral role in taking all key decisions for AVL’s future in tandem with other members of the Board. He has been a member of the Board since 31st March 2009 and was appointed as Managing Director on 16th May 2016.

Mr. Nishant Prabhakar is the Promoter and Whole time Director at Aditya Vision Limited. He has more than 17 years of experience in the fields of management and marketing. His expertise lies in lending his knowledge to the supervision of our facilities and expanding our consumer electronics product base. Mr. Prabhakar’s vision and strategic management have helped our business expand from one store in Bihar to a multi-store experience in Bihar and neighboring Hindi-speaking states. He has been a member of the Board of AVL since 1st April 2005 and was appointed as Whole Time Director on 22nd September 2016.

Yosham Vardhan is responsible for developing and executing the company’s business strategy, which includes creating and implementing plans to achieve specific goals and objectives. With a focus on meeting or exceeding sales and profit, she works closely with leadership teams across procurement and sales. She also handles investor relations for the company. Before joining Aditya Vision, Yosham Vardhan was a corporate lawyer with 9 years work experience. She was a Partner in a leading law firm in India, handling cross border Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity transactions which gave her exposure and opportunity to look into operations and complexities of different businesses across sectors.

Mr. Aakarsh Singh is the Director of Retail Expansion at Aditya Vision Limited. Prior to his appointment at AVL, he has had a prospering career spanning over 12 years as a Legal Consultant advising various financial institutions, as well and public and private ones in matters of structing loans and debt transactions. Mr. Singh now aims at helping AVL strengthen its “voice” among the people of the Hindi heartland of India by lending his expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies

Mrs. Sunita Sinha is the Promoter and Non-Executive Director at Aditya Vision Limited. With her background and understanding of policy making, Mrs. Sinha steers the team of Directors at AVL to realize the Vision and Mission of the company.
She provides positive exposure as well as symbolic value for the company. She independently assesses the company's performance and strategy to ensure the firm's stakeholders are considered before the needs and want of the management or board.

Mr. Atul Sinha has Completed Schooling & Graduation from St. Xavier’s School, Patna & Patna College respectively. Have initially worked with State Bank of Travancore & Andhra Bank for 8 months each as a Probationary Officer in the years 1982 & 1983.Thereafter, joined UCO Bank in Nov, 1983 as a Probationary Officer and rose to the rank of General Manager. Worked across the country as Branch Head, Zonal Head and Circle Head in operations and headed IT & BPR dept. at the Head Office.

In the last 3 years of service beginning April 2017, functioned as Chief Vigilance Officer of National Housing Bank, IFCI Ltd. & Oriental Bank of Commerce for different durations and retired from service on 31^st December, 2019.

Mr. Nusrat Hassan is the Co-Managing Partner of Link Legal, a national law firm, with three decades of experience as a practising corporate lawyer. His legal practice focuses on cross-border transactions and dispute resolution. He advises several international clients on their investments in India and regularly provides support to clients on their corporate transactions, entry strategies, and other commercial arrangements in India

CS Rahul Kumar is a highly qualified professional having degrees such as CS and LLB. He is a Company Secretary in whole time employment at Bajaj Group (Power & Sugar) at Noida having more than 9 years of vast corporate experience in ensuring that the company engages in good corporate governance practices as the ‘Conscience Seeker’ of a company.

 He also advise management on complex corporate  issues relating to the company but are not limited to the Companies Act, SEBI (LODR), SEBI (SAST) and the Foreign Exchange Management Act.
